General Return Policy
If you are having technical difficulties, please contact AirForce International Customer Service at 1-877-247-4867 prior to returning your product. In many cases our trained Tech Support Staff can resolve issues. Contact Customer Service Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST).
All Returns
Shipping And Handling Fees: Consumer is responsible for all shipping fees to AirForce International. All returns should be shipped via UPS or FedEx for tracking purposes. AirForce International is not responsible for returns shipped otherwise or damaged in transit.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DISASSEMBLE ANY ITEMS. ATTEMPTS TO CHANGE THE FUNCTION OR APPEARANCE OF ANY ITEM YOU PURCHASED FROM US WILL VOID THE WARRANTY AND YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR A FULL PRODUCT REFUND.
All returns must include the following with the product: Failure to provide the following information may result in a delay of processing the exchange or refund.
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. (Please contact our Customer Service staff at 1-877-247-4867 to obtain your RMA number. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. You will be provided with a shipping address when you receive your RMA.)
- Copy of Original Sales Receipt from an authorized AirForce International retailer.
- A clearly written note explaining the nature of the problem, your name, address, telephone number and order number.
- Reason for Return: Exchange or Refund
Refunds: Consumer purchases made directly from AirForce International Online or Direct through Customer Service may only receive a full product refund for the following conditions: All refunds are subject to condition of merchandise received by AirForce International, and must comply with the Return Policy.
- New, unused, in sellable condition, with its original packaging, paperwork, manuals, purchased directly from AirForce International.
- Return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All refunds will be processed back to original form of payment within 5-10 business days from the date of receipt of product at our facility. Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of receipt of product at our facility, subject to inventory.
Restocking Fees: Items that are used, not in their original packaging or otherwise not in new, unused, sellable condition are subject to a minimum of a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.
Warranty Returns/Repairs: Subject to terms and conditions of specific product warranty outlined in the owner's manual. Warranty card information for rifles must be registered and on file with AirForce International. Failure to provide the following information may result in a delay in processing the repair or replacement.
